| Service furnace or other heating system |
| Clean/vacuum heating ducts, grills, and registers |
| Clean windows, install storm windows, inspect screens and insulation |
| Inspect weather stripping around doors and replace if necessary |
| Cut back trees or shrubs touching the roof or exterior of house |
| Clean gutters and inspect downspouts |
| Perform seasonal pest control |
| Inspect and replace filters in air conditioner, furnace, pool, etc. |
| Complete any needed roof repairs |
| Turn off outdoor water supply |
