| "About a year ago, Sheri Breeze nonchalantly said to me, "When you're ready to put your house on the market, I hope you think of me." At the time, that seemed about what any realtor would say to get business: "Think of me". Well, I did think of Sheri Breeze when my wife and I were ready to put our house on the market, and we are so thankful that we did. The process to sell the house seemed relatively straight forward. | "Last year I fell on some really hard times and had to make the very difficult decision to sell my home. I was very worried about the market and if I would have to take a loss. A good friend of mine referred me to Sheri Breeze. Little did I know at that time what a fantastic referral it would turn out to be! Sheri came by the same night I contacted her and sat right at my kitchen table with me. She took the time to understand what a difficult situation I was in. We determined a good selling price and I watched as she put the sign up in my front yard. A couple of open houses and half a dozen showings later I received an offer! I was so relieved. Unfortunately, as sometimes happens, the buyers were having difficulty securing financing.
